M Vijay scored 65 runs off 170 balls and out, he blasts eight boundaries which all were eight 4s. CA Pujara scored 62 runs off 109 balls with eight 4s. Captain of the team V Kohli scored nine runs only and out by Wagner.
TA Boult bowled seventeen overs and took three wickets, MJ Santner took also three wickets but in 20 overs. India’s 291 runs on the first day look not so good but it will clear tomorrow on the second day when New Zealand will play its first innings.
