After a small victory of the toss, West Indians team captain JO Holder decided to bat first. West Indies scored 123 runs all out in 57.3 overs. The opener of their team KC Brathwaite scored 10 runs off 36 balls and out. When his wicket dismissed then it was 10.4. KOA Powell was the only batsmen who survived most balls and scored 39 runs off 98 deliveries. When his wicket fallen then it was 33.4.

KA Hope has gone with duck, SD Hope contributed 29 runs, RL Chase 18. J Blackwood single as same as SO Dowrich †, JO Holder (c) 9, D Bishoo 13 not out and KAJ Roach has gone with duck as same as ST Gabriel. JM Anderson and TS Roland-Jones took two wickets each of them. It was BA Stokes who broke West Indians batting line with taking six wickets. From the other side, England scored 46 runs with the loss of four wickets in 19 overs. KAJ Roach took two wickets as same as JO Holder.
